Solution

To Remove the Octane service...

1) Open a cmd prompt as admin and navigate to the"wrapper" folder in the Octane path, typically C:\Octane\wrapper

2) Use the command: HPALM.bat remove com.hp.alm.platform.launcher.MQMLauncher

The Octane service should be removed

To Install the Octane service...

1) Open a cmd prompt as admin and navigate to the"wrapper" folder in the Octane path, typically C:\Octane\wrapper

2) Use the command: HPALM.bat install com.hp.alm.platform.launcher.MQMLauncher

The Octane service should be established
