Update Octane to support Elastic Search 8.5

I believe Octane should be updated to support Elastic Search 8.5. Octane only supports version 17.x of Elastic Search which has now been superceeded by 8.x. Our company will be moving to version ES 8.5 soon and so Octane my stop working.
