Support Field calculations

Many times we need to automatically calculate values and set them to relevant fields (e.g. calcualte a general score) or condition rules based on some calculation (e.g, alert user if planned date is further than two weeks from now).

Why is this important, when it would it be used?
This is a basic set of values we need to support.

If you were designing the solution, how would you do it?
No idea how :-(

I fervently support that feature ! We would need first need basic arithmetics (add, substract, multiply and divide) for number type fields and very importantly operation on dates, especially calculate…

indeed this is a missing functionality that is planned to be supported. it is in our backglog and hopefully will be available in coming releases.

Idea Business rule Action increment value by is now merged with the current idea on the screen.

Business Rule improvement:

It would be very helpful, if you could extend the action "Increment value by" with the possibility to select item fields of type integer.

At the moment you can only define the action "increment value by" with integer values and not by field values

Hi Purvang Modi , we don't have a release set yet for this ability, but it is ranked quite high in our backlog.

Can you please provide details about your use case? What do you expect to achieve by using this capability?
