We are changing the DB servers and when i changed the DB connection string in the octane.conf file in the repo server the octane is still direct to the old connection string

We are changing the DB servers and when i changed the DB connection string to the new DB in the octane.conf file in the repo server the octane is still direct to the old connection string. please advice what to do? Is there is any other configuration need to changed and where?

- Below is the new connection string in the octane.conf file.

 

- Below is the logs where the error shows that it still direct to the old DB connection string
