Custom Document Export formatting

When using Document Report is there a way to configure style formatting?  We have approved and standardized document formatting for accessibility and what nots.  I have not found any settings or configuration for being able to set the formatting when exporting a document report.  Currently the users have to manually change the formatting of the document to meet our standardized template.   Is there any way to change the export formatting?
