PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
A user has started to repeatedly see the accurevw.exe crash when starting or stopping the GUI client and opening workspaces. AccuRev had been working without problems until recently.
SOLUTION:
Have the user who is seeing the accurevw.exe process crash, go into there home directory, cd into the .accurev directory and rename the preferences.xml to preferences.xml.org. Once this is complete, retry starting the acgui command.
