Index a site in AngularJS with # in the URL

We need to index a Web site in AngularJS that has a link list in Href. The Webconnector connector clearly identifies my 504 Href, but it does not follow them.

It just follows a link that is matched to the URL until  "#"

<a id="259" href="http://fr07113152l.dsk.eur.msd.world.socgen:8081/#!/bureaudigital/detail/?id=259&amp;?trigramme=SPO&amp;nom=Assurance des portables&amp;description=Assurance des portables" style="">

259</a>

How to make the setting to allow  "# " in the URL
