Situation

Viewing of non-container files and files without any attachments such as PDF and MS office documents are working as expected.
But Viewing an EML or MSG file in the Viewing window displays the header information, but no body.
If the mail message has an attachment, the attachments are shown, but double-clicking the icon to view the content produces no results.
Similarly, if a container file such as a .zip is viewed, the file hierarchy is shown but none of the content can be viewed.
This was all working as expected with older version of the SDK.

Resolution

The issue is fixed in 23.3 KeyView Viewing SDK and it is described in Release Note.

"Some child windows were not displayed in the viewing window. For example, this issue meant that mail bodies were not displayed and attachments could not be opened."

If a hotfix for 23.2 is required, please open a support ticket to request the hotfix (Keyview Viewing SDK 23.2.1.8531).
