How do I crawl JavaScript pagesusing the Web Connector?

Recently during the delivery of IDOL, the partner was asked to index a web page containing links generated using JavaScript. The Web connector does not do this out of the box. Hence this document describing the process of indexing web pages with dynamically generate content. Specifically, we are going to look at indexing content which has been generated via event handler such as a hyperlink click.
