Exporting promotions

We have changed the server name of one of our servers and all our promotions point to the old one.  Is it possible to export all the promotions, update the exported file, and reimport to pickup the new server name?

For example all our old URLs were https://abc.xxx.com/  and now our server is https://zyx.xxx.com/ so all our promotions are invalid.

    Yes, it is possible. Promotions are stored in the agentstore. If you export the IDX from the old agentstore and import it into the new agentstore and then point the QMS to the new agentstore you will have the desired result you are after.
