I am delighted to announce that Forrester Research has named Micro Focus IDOL as a leader in their AI-based text analytics Wave reports for 2020. I am especially proud of our highest scores possible in data enrichment, machine learning, and natural language processing criteria. 

In the previous evaluation, all AI-based text analytics had been placed into a single report. This year, however, Forrester chose to split the segment into two distinct evaluations; “The Forrester Wave: AI-Based Text Analytics Platforms (People Focused), Q2 2020” which focuses on people-oriented use cases and “The Forrester Wave: AI-Based Text Analytics Platforms (Document Focused), Q2 2020” focusing on more document-oriented use cases. IDOL has been named as a leader in both of these Wave reports.
