Situation

Automated tools that oversee abnormal conditions  have been incorporated with a  function that invokes CHECK_CLUSTER_HEALTH() at regular intervals, specifically every minute,  This implementation reveals that cluster frequently enters an unhealthy state multiple times each day, attributed to "TRUNCATION VERSION LAG."
