Knowledge Document: Nodes stuck between sandbox and unsandbox

Situation

A sandbox environment was established in Preprod, followed by the execution of the unsandbox procedure. However, during the process of bringing the nodes back online, a failure occurred. Ultimately, Nodes were restored ,  but  either sandboxing or unsandboxing fails . While Admintools indicates that all nodes are operational, the NODES table reflects the status of the 12 subcluster nodes as UNKNOWN, suggesting that they are in a state of limbo.
