When the pods of a vertica kubernetes cluster are restarted, few vertica nodes fail to join the cluster

Vertica analytics Database: v24.4.0-1

 

Situation

When the pods of a vertica kubernetes cluster are restarted, few vertica nodes fail to join the cluster. Upon checking startup.log, these failed vertica nodes show up as in waiting for cluster invite -
