The Vertica host machine is observed to enter into a hung

Environment

Vertica Analytics Database: v12.0.4
Amazon Linux 2023

Situation

At times the hosts running vertica processes would go into hung state, thereby not responding to any queries to any requests. The ssh connections to such hosts wouldn't succeed as well.
