Adding Secondary Contact information to the Person Record in SMAX

Hi Team,

Can you please add the secondary contact information to the SMAX Person Record, So that if we can't reach to the customer via primary contact details we can use the secondary contact. And also please enable that secondary contact details for Email Integration.

I got this idea, while implementing the Email integration to our SMAX Tenant. As our customer is using two mail accounts with same/different domains, he can able to get notify only through the primary contact details. he can not send mails and can not create requests through secondary mail.

If you will implement this feature in coming version would be grateful.
