I want to set up a lab test for ArcSight Intelligence on AWS，Any suggestions?

Dear All

I want to set up a lab test for ArcSight Intelligence on AWS, considering cost expenditures.
I need to do it in the most streamlined way. Does anyone have experience with this?

    I believe this was possible at one time but now it is only available as a SaaS offering from OpenText.
