WHen the search results are returned, there is no way to find the returned AD GPOs without running Saving a report, opening the report and viewing the links. If the Rep and AD search results offered the Properties option, you would be able to see the LInks and thus find the GPO in the GP Explorer and possibly in the Repository if Offline Mirror was used.
