The "New Password Send Method" option under Modules ⇨ Public ⇨ Forgotten Password ⇨ Profiles ⇨ (profile) ⇨ Definition, does not allow the option to choose between SMS and email. It is either SMS, or email. This means that when a help desk administrator sends a password to a user, they cannot select either SMS or email in cases where there is a preference.
Please include this option.
