Gateway Timeout error !

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with SSO NAM after a power system problem on the server. The issues are as follows:

  1. Applications under SSO that use Access Gateway can be accessed for 1-3 hours, but after that, they display a 504 Gateway Timeout error.
  2. I need to restart the SSO service, which causes users to experience intermittent access issues.

What should I check to troubleshoot this issue? Please provide recommendations.
