Error 5016 Error_Cant_Match_User

hi

I got this error

Error 5016 Error_Cant_Match_User (an ldap user for username value 'test' was not found)

I followed this doc but didn't work with me

https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016547

the default was

(&(objectClass=person)(cn=%USERNAME%))

also this service already connected to the LDAP

    Actually just thinking some more on this

    Can you configure this section to point to the user store where this test user is or how have you this configured ?
