Access Manager 5.0 Appliance

In the documentation for the new Access Manager 5.0 I don't see any reference to the Appliance version.
This option is no longer supported or is it that I have not been able to find the references?
If not supported, what upgrade path exists?

    Access Manager Appliance 5.0 will be released soon. It may take 1-2 months.

    any news on the release of the appliance?

    The support lifecycle still has support ending for NAM 4.5.3 on December 2021 but we don't have a product to migrate to - and no offense, but I'm not migrating my production proxies to the point zero release after such major changes.

    That support end date for 4.5.3 is not acceptable and needs to change.
