Abstract: Ragnar and Nara have been working with NetIQ Identity Manager for more than 20 years in total – initially as consultants but we are  now for the municipality of Bærum in Norway (local government). In this session, we will share not only what our best practices for IDM driver development is but also why we decided to adopt this as the best practice.
