Is the ACDI module included with IDM 24.4 or is it a separate purchase?

I'm thinking of purchasing but I don't know if this is included with IDM 24.4.

There are 2 versions of ACDI, ACDI BAsic and ACDI Pro. ACDI Basic is included with IDM24.4 and includes a subset of Dashboards, Report and modules available in ACDI Pro. ACDI Pro needs to be purchased…

There are 2 versions of ACDI, ACDI BAsic and ACDI Pro. ACDI Basic is included with IDM24.4 and includes a subset of Dashboards, Report and modules available in ACDI Pro. ACDI Pro needs to be purchased separately, but going from ACDI Basic to ACDI Pro is simply a matter of installing the license which will unlock the full set of features including Time Machine.
