IDConsole 1.9 - LDAP Server - Missing Refresh LDAP Server option

In iManager, when you edit the LDAP Server object, it usually sends a command to eDir to reload NLDAP on the server you changed.  There is a Refresh LDAP Server button to force it as well.

If you have ndstrace open with +LDAP flag set, try it and you can see iManager do it.  Same as unload nldap then load nldap.

In IDConsole 1.9, there is no refresh LDAP Server option I could see and it does not seem to refresh when you save.

Anyone else notice this?
