How to send an email after get a error in a Entity activity IDM Workflow

Hello friends, we need to send an email if an Entity activity fails. I need to inform the user and approvers that the request fails and not rely on the user or approver to view the request history to see the status of the workflow.

Is this possible? I have read that only approval or condition activities can have an error path, but I don't see how to use them in this case.
