1) The version is 2024.2.7.3.1-832 the latest patch

In the documentation mention the Font Arial, my problem is with the new font OT-Report-Font-Set, according to the documentation I need update the reports but the problem continues, after I tried delete the reports and install again but it doesn't solve it

Hello Nicolas,

1) "2024.2.7.3.1" that is not a version of Identity Reporting.   In the UI where you screenshot showed the error, press on your name and then select About.  Please provide all of the information you see on the page.  

2) Is Identity Reporting installed as part of IDM or Identity Governance?

3) From the error, you are running the latest version of a Report (which utilized the new  fonts: OT-Report-Font-Set). However, the version of Identity Reporting you are using does not include the required font.  Basically, you are experiencing the opposite issue outlined in the Release Notes.

1) Sorry I thought you were referring to the client version in the about, checking again the version is Identity Reporting CE 24.3 or 4.3.1.
2) It is part of Identity Governance the version is 4.3.1
3) But it is the latest version, any idea how can I update the fonts?

1) "Identity Reporting CE 24.3 or 4.3.1".   I believe the 4.3.1 is a mistake of the version of Reporting.  IG would be be version 4.3.1, and Reporting should be 7.3.1.  Please confirm.

2) What version of IG and Reporting did you upgrade from?  Was it an inlace upgrade (overwrite the existing files) or did you install on a new server?

3) What Operating System are IG and Reporting installed on?
