Difference between IGA 4.3 and 3.7 in matching strings

I am migrating from IGA 3.7 to 4.3 (not upgrading as we are moving from MS SQL to Postgres). I have exported all the application sources from IG 3.7 and imported them into IG 4.3. What I found is that IG 4.3 matches case sensitive on strings for account to permission mapping, whereas IG 3.7 matched case insensitive. I had to modify all my application sources with scripts to force the userid's to lowercase. Is this know behavior or must I log a bug ?

    Hello,
Identity Governance performs exact case matching on all items. The behavior difference you are experiencing is because of the differences in Database Servers. MS SQL does not perform exact case in searching while Postgres does.

NOTE: One can also see some differences with how Postgres behaves with queries depending upon if it is installed on Windows or Linux
