New API Functionality

Scanning source data will provide the ability to define where a scan is originated from by Updates will apply to the following APIs

• Post /api/v3/releases/{releaseId}/static-scans/start-scan
• Post /api/v3/releases/{releaseId}/static-scans/start-scan-with-defaults
• Post /api/v3/releases/{releaseId}/dynamic-scans/start-scan
• Post /api/v3/releases/{releaseId}/mobile-scans/start-scan

User Experience Improvements

Global Audit Template

• The template filter will now look at the full file path location

Open Source Reporting

• Issue Detail and Extended Detail Extended Reporting to include open source components

SCA/Language Support

• Fortify on Demand has implemented version 19.1.1 of Micro Focus Fortify Static Code Analyzer for scanning source code. Fortify Static Code Analyzer 19.1.1 offers Swift 5.0 and Xcode 10.2.1 support.

• Expanded support for JAVA 10 and 11
