Software Security Center 21.1.2 upgrade and SCANCENTRAL tab unavailable

Hello

Has anyone encountered an error after upgrade SSC to v.21.1.2 ?

"Unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. "
Possibly unhandled rejection: {"$id":1,"type":4,"message":"This transition is invalid","detail":"Could not resolve 'undefined' from state 'dashboard'"}

At this moment the tab SCANCENTRAL dashboard in SSC is unavailable, but other (DASHBOARD, APPLICATIONS, REPORTS, ADMINISTRATION) looks ok.
Upgrade to this version was resulted of problems of scaning .Net Framework 4.8 app repository.  

I've checked log files on SSC in:

... \apps\Fortify\ssc\logs\*
... \apps\Tomcat\logs\*

but there is no indications for problem resoution. 

Is somebody fixed it? Can somebody help with solution?
