Email Alerts are not triggering for upload artifact approvals event ( Post 24.2 Upgrade)

Hello,

One of our Fortify OnPrem customers after upgrading to 24.2 ,  Email Notification is broken. Alerts are not triggering for upload artifact approval events. They are not receiving any emails, support ticket is raised for this issue. 

Note : Email Alerts are triggering for particular events like version creation and token expiry notification.

 

 Just wanted to check in the forum, did anyone encountered this issue  ( post 24.2 upgrade). ?
