Issue updated 2-3 years as 'Not an issue' is reapperaing as new issue for same file /path and same line

We are scanning using SCA 24.2

We do regular  scan and issue is updated in SSC audit regularly.

<filename>:<lineno> and path are same . It is Java code.

Old scan shows

Audit History shows:  Detected on 05/30/2022 3:21:07 PM

Changed Analysis to Not an Issue

New scan Audit shows same issue as Open 100

Audit History:  Detected on 01/27/2025 4:47:38 PM

What could be the reason?

We keep on seeing often this issue . Issues closed as Not an Issue or Update earlier re appearing  at random.

Is there  a changes we need to do in configuration?
