6.4.2.0 email authorization: WebAuth feature is not running

After updating to version 6.4.2.0, email authorization stopped working: " WebAuth feature is not running"

Hello Mirko, 
 
 We are going to release a HF in the coming days for this (and other issues). However, if you want to test this before or see a manual way to modify AAF in order to get rid of this error, please open a ticket with support mentioning this issue and this defect OCTCR56A414061. 
 We can't post the steps here because then we do not have any way to track who is trying, the results and if something goes bad, etc.

Hello Pawel, 
 Can you check the Authenticators Management event, if the option Return groups on logon is Off? Set it to ON and see what happens? 
 If this doesn't help please open a service request ticket with Support, so they can ask for logs and analyze this further in detail. It may need more than a forum interaction.

 Please open a ticket with Support. It's the best way to troubleshoot this. Also, it could be something not related to the version, etc.

 I see. The path has not changed. 
 In any case, I have to research this internally because applying those changes after 6.4.x should not be necessary.
