After updating to version 6.4.2.0, email authorization stopped working: "WebAuth feature is not running"
Hello Mirko,
We are going to release a HF in the coming days for this (and other issues). However, if you want to test this before or see a manual way to modify AAF in order to get rid of this error, please open a ticket with support mentioning this issue and this defect OCTCR56A414061.
We can't post the steps here because then we do not have any way to track who is trying, the results and if something goes bad, etc.

Hello Luciano,
I have opened a case and they referred to the workaround (https://www.netiq.com/documentation/advanced-authentication-63/advanced-authentication-releasenotes-634/data/advanced-authentication-releasenotes-634.html). That seemed to help. But now some users (not all) are getting a message like "no chain found". In the logs I see messages like this:
"Error communicating with NAAF server during user lookup"
Is this error possibly what you mentioned with "and other issues"? Do you recommend to just ask for the HF or better open a separate case for the new issue?
