Activity stream dashboards present a view to the customer about how the system is being used. The dashboard gives trends and summary of various activities that are going on in the system

As it allows them to write complex logic integrated with forms and associate them with the access requests and data policies, custom workflows provides the flexibility to define more accurate business processes.

Access request and review enhancements

Access requests can now differentiate between multiple accounts in the application for the same identity. This is quite important because the handling of multi affiliations where one identity is associated with an application in various ways requires granular governance. With this latest version, reviews can distinguish between permission assignments for various accounts to provide better reporting and governance.

Enhanced SoD violation handling

Identity Governance can now catch potential SoD violations even when there is an auto-grant configured for the same in a business role. This enables business owners to make the decision for the violation to be allowed or rejected. The approval step order can be configured and status for auto-grant and auto-revoke be monitored in business role. SoD violations now show up on business role reviews to make them visible to business owners about the exception that has been made.

Identity intelligence and reporting

Identity Governance 4.0 takes a leap in analytics and reporting by providing integration with Identity Intelligence offering. Identity Intelligence provides added reports and widgets to build reporting dashboards as per customer needs. Identity Governance continues to improve on out of the box reports by providing more relevant information.
