Micro Focus is pleased to announce the release of NetIQ Security Solutions for IBM i, which was available to customers worldwide on February 19, 2021. This release enables organizations to comply with internal and external mandates and protect their investment in IBM i from cybersecurity threats.

What’s new in version 2.3:

TGSecure

TGSecure gives you the tools you need to safeguard the business-critical assets stored on IBM i systems. In this version, you can filter schemas, extend the granularity of rules to command level and take advantage of a new AI engine to deliver pre and post-rules.

TGAudit

Use the security content of TGAudit to assess security vulnerabilities easily and quickly prepare for audits while minimizing security breaches for IBM i and iSeries servers. In this version, take advantage of new reports:
- QHST Message Information
- QHST Messages with Severity greater than 40
- Message Queue Data by Date range and Columns with Field Procedures

New Collectors to gather additional information from IBM i systems now collect history log information (QHST) by date range and a message queue data by date range

TGCentral

Manage TGAudit and TGSecure content for multiple IBM i servers quickly and efficiently. In this version, the centralized management of the solution is enhanced with the addition of profile management from TGSecure and visualizes the new QHST reports in TGAudit.
