The document states that migration instructions will be provided.  If you haven't received those, then I would be tempted to raise a support case, or contact my local account team, as the document suggests.

   I saw the sentinel 8.7 (24.4) download list...but I only see the sentinel 8.7 item....not find Collector Manager and Engine install package in list...

Is it correct ?

   I refer this document ....sentinel Appliance seem could upgrade well.

But about Collector Manager migration procedure does not provide...I find

1. Collector Manager package is not exist in download list.

2. Collector Manager Appliance upgrade OS (SLES12 SP5 to SLES15 SP6) procedure is not same with sentinel appliance...because boot option setting that sentinel need change to EFI...but collector manager could not been set EFI..it will cause boot mismatch as screenshot

When I try to still use original setting (BIOS), it seem could work fine (could run Update)

this different point does not exist in document.

Since we are moving to traditional installation, there won't be any downloads in SLD. Please grab the installer from Webui and download the CM/CE installer there.  Regarding the boot mismatch, we will be updating the doc. tomorrow on this to be clearer:

But my upgrade sentinel 8.7 (OS also upgraded to SLES15 SP6), the webconsole UI...it only provide Collector Manager..it is not 8.7 version...and no Engine package could download.
