sentinel 8.5.0.1 upgrade to 8.6.1.0 .....random fail.

Hi All

My Customer has 3 sentinel appliance which use log server license....they work fine about 1 year.

recently , because vulnerabilities about activeMQ....so must upgrade to 8.6.1.0..

but after upgrade to 8.6.1.0....they work abut 2 weeks....today 2/3 appliances stop functions (web page could not show , error 404)

because customer could not login OS (root password has been protected).so he only use reboot action to let these appliance revert function.

whether 8.6.1.0 has any problem for long period function ??

They'll need to get access to the logs, as they will give you more data on what the issue could be. However, is it possible their licence has expired? I'm sure (In the distant past) I've seen similar behaviour when the the trial licence expires i.e. access to the WebUI gets restricted. The logs would certainly confirm this. Also, you can view the details of the licence and (re)apply it from the command line:
