Agent manager send to Sentinel or Collector Manager show error message

HI All

    My Agent Manager connect to sentinel well

recently, I could not receive windows event...then check agent manager status...I click [testing connection] show a error message.

But when I open ZCC set Agent Manager connector to use HTTP instead of HTTPS, then return to agent manager set [TCP] ...it connect well

then I let agent manager redirect to collector manager ...it generate the same error message. and I use the same procedure ...it could connect collector manager...

Who has similar experience about SSL error message...could provide suggestion let me fix SSL(HTTPS) error message ??

    I would check to make sure that port 1590 SSL is running in the Sentinel control center.   The icons in the Sentinel control center that represent ports are the dots with the 4 arrows pointing outward.  Those are known as event source servers.  If there is no event source server for port 1590 SSL, you can manually create one.  To view the settings in the event source servers in order to confirm the port number and protocol, right click and edit.
