Summary
Primary manager data like command control policy , vault data are not getting synced with backup manager

Environment
NetIQ PAM 4.x

Situation
PAM Primary framework manager data including command control policy, vaults etc does not get synced with backup manager.

Resolution
a. Verify the timestamp on both PAM primary and backup manager server if they are same
b. To initiate a force sync, please follow the following steps for each module on primary where the status is “Primary”:

  1. Select a module on Primary manager where status is “Primary”.
  2. Click Promote manager.
  3. Repeat the same for all remaining modules.
