This script will "refresh" all GPOs in a repository by importing from AD if the GPO exists in AD. It will not import a GPO if the GPO is checked out or approved. This script only uses one DC as a parameter, so it's limited in that it will only import GPOs in that DCs domain. To do all domains in a repository, the script can be run multiple times against DCs in the different domains or altered to accept a DC-domain lookup input file, etc.
