Event IDs for Group Policy Modifications

Would it be possible to create specific Event IDs for various GPO modifications, rather than use the same Event ID for any GPO Modification? Currently, all GPO modifications use the same Event ID, which can create a cumbersome process when reviewing for specific actions, such as a GPO deletion, check in/check out, etc. If the product could write to separate Event Ids, it would make it easier to create alerting rules via the Application Log.
