Situation

Windows Task Manager processes view may show the RAM usage for mcsadminsvc.exe process in an elevated state. This may occur when the NetIq Recycle Bin Clean up job has to process thousands of objects in a single run of the job. The NetIQ DRA Recycle Bin within DRA itself will also have thousands of objects present as well. 

This issue does not occur when the Objects processed or total object count is at or below the 1000 - 1500 object count. As the total objects to process or total objects stored within the DRA Recycle Bin increases in large amounts, the DRA Service Ram usage will increase.
