This pretask trigger associated with UserCreate and UserCopy looks to see if the SamAccountname starts with an 'E' and if it does, makes the mailbox alias be the SamAccountname. This was implemented in an environment where all contractor employees were designated with a SamAccountname starting with an 'E'. The additional requirement is that these contractors have the mailbox alias be the SamAccountname for these accounts and for all other accounts create the alias with Firstname, Lastname.
