This script enumerates the user objects defined by an ActiveView and saves the property 'Whencreated' to a text file. In order to run this script successfully, the Activeview name and the server name must be modified. In addition, the user under which this script is run must be specifically defined as an Assistant Admin for that ActiveView even if the user is a Built-in Admin.
