This pretask trigger associated with Usersetinfo allows the ability of a delegated user to modify the OOO of another user. The trigger looks to see what information is set in extensionAttribute11 and uses that text to see the Out of Office message for the modified user. You can easily create a delegation model in DRA to give managers the ability to manage their direct reports and allow them to modify the extension attribute11 value. You can also create a custom UI page with a custom label to make this easier for users to manage. If you wish to use a different attribute to store the OOO information, simple update the trigger to a different property. also the line below is commented out. If you don't wish for the OOO text information to be stamped on the user, just uncomment the line.
