Allow "Online Help" to point to an organization's custom DRA Admin manual

Our admin base requires a more focused user\admin guide, and I would like to customize the "Online Help" button to refer to our customized User guide. Can we implement a way to have the button point to a custom URL?

We absolutely need to be able to further customize the new REST console: 1. To remove the hard coded acronym "DRA" 2. Changing the color of the blue banner to match the exiting login banner. Alternatively allow customers modify the color theme.

On some of the canned tabs on the edit user page of the the REST client there is a distinguisghedName selector widget. When creating custom pages it's not available. Can it be hacked into the JSON behind the scenes?
