UNIFIED CHANGE HISTORY REPORT?

What powers are required to be able to select 'UNIFIED CHANGE HISTORY REPORT' for an object?  I want some users to be able to audit changes made by delegated admins without any powers to make changes by themselves.

    Hello,

    You can use the Manage UI Reporting Role. This will allow the DRA Admin the power to run Unified Change History reports within the Web Client.
