Is there a Powershell CMDlet to show the history of an account?

We need to run a report that will show disabled users and the date they were disabled

Hello, DRA Change history reports are done via the GUI client. This data can be exported to a file as well. The DRA Admin running the report will need at least the Manage UI Reporting DRA Role.

Hence there is no PowerShell command for this I presume ...
