How to retrieve Policy editor password

To whom it may concern

Our customer forgot their password to authenticate to their Change Guardian policy editor. It is installed on a Windows 2012 server. Is there a way to edit the Windows registry settings or a way in Change Guardian to change the password?

    The login and password for the policy editor is the same login and password used for logging into the Change Guardian Web interface.  If you forgot that password as well than maybe you can use another account to login to the web interface, then go into administration\users to change the admin password.
